Job Description: Brand Ambassador

Blackjack Promotions are the largest providers of Travel Retail agency staff across UK Airports. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality, flexible staffing solutions. We ensure that passengers have an excellent experience when traveling through the Tax Free Stores at all UK’s major Airports. We are looking for candidates with a ‘can do’ attitude and great personality. You will also serve as a charismatic and knowledgeable point of contact to our customers by providing a memorable experience. The Brand Ambassador will incorporate care and enthusiasm for our brand whilst providing the highest level of hospitality. Product knowledge, a willingness to learn, and understanding the goals of the events and campaign are also essential.

Your role will include:

Heathrow Airport Duty Free Shop

• Driving Sales of brand products
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Engaging the customer in the brand experience & story
• Educating consumers with product knowledge
• Sampling brand product
• Sales

You will also obtain a full Airside pass for the airport, meaning you will need to be able to provide us with a full 5 year employment/education history and criminal record check. You must also have a valid passport and have Right to Work in the UK.
