Winstar Poker Room Review
Same poor management, very poorly run room! Regulars just hop around from game to game, without ever getting on the change list, can't blame em, if you bother 1 of the 4-6-8 board people, supposed to be floors but you'll rarely see them on the floor, they are very rude! The regs rat hole chips constantly. The dealers are good, but there's only so much they should have to do. Your supposed to get comps for playing but again you have to 'bother' 1 of the many board runners and they clearly don't like that!
Winstar is a big poker room. It is pretty much typical of any other poker room. Everything pretty much standard. Disadvantages: Little to no comps. I think you can get a maximum of $8 food comp every 24 hours, no matter how long or what stakes you play. $5 + $1 drop before the flop. It's called a bad beat jackpot drop, but it is not.

Reviewed December 26, 2017 Went to Winstar to play in the new poker room. Arrived night of 16-Dec. Poker room is nice - I think they added about 10 more tables. Seems to be more room between tables, Heat / AC seemed to work well, new chairs are comfortable, have larger bathroom in poker room, still have beverage bar in poker room. The poker room at WinStar World Casino and Resort has always been a crowd favorite, but now with our newly updated and expanded poker room, nothing can beat the experience you’ll have while playing here. We are constantly making sure we provide players with the best games and amenities, and the new poker room is no exception.
